Hello Pet Owners, I'm the Owner of GOINGAWAY Pet and House Sitters East London. I have had animals in my life from since I was very young and then helped raise lions and leopard when I left school at Lion Park. Animals are very special to me and I really enjoy my time with each of them. I currently have two cats (Mandu (passed away May 2018) and Monster) they bring me such joy. I have been in the animal nurturing industry since 2002. Kevin Richardson was my Teacher and Boss at Lion Park JHB. I left the corporate world in April 2017 and went to Cape Town to learn Dog grooming. I came back home after 2 and a half months and started working for my self and do pet grooming, i have now a year later taken on 2 trainees as the grooming has grown so fast! We do all the areas in East London, PE, Port Alfred & Grahamstown with Cape Town soon to open, Here are my team below and they will be happy to help you! I'm Amber and I'm from East London. I have a deep love for animals. I am a vegetarian and I grew up on a farm surrounded by emus, a pony, geese, chickens, cats and plenty of dogs. I am the proud mom of a beautiful pug named Gus and he is one of the loves of my life. Hi my name is Linda. I have always worked from home baking for the home industry and taking care of my family. Once my 3 children became independent i kept myself busy baking and doing my own housework.​I love gardening, and spend lots of time outdoors together with my 2 sausage dogs and 2 cats who are my constant companions. Hi im Bernadene. I was born in East London and been here ever since..I am a mom of 3 and granny of 6. I lived on a farm for almost 30yrs and was surrounded by sheep goats cows pigs geese chickens. I also hand reared lambs and piglets which became pets.We both enjoy walks along the beach and love nature and gardening. I am a people's people. Hi I am Dianne, im a mother of 3 and 3 ½ grandchildren, I have had pets come and go through my life – dogs, cats, birds, rats, hamsters, fish, etc. you name it. As a child I had s fish tank full of mice. My adult sons all have pets in their homes and one even has a porcupine and a guinea pig. I currently reside with my sister and there are 3 dogs and 3 cats, so I am constantly surrounded and in contact with pets. We are a close knit family and we are constantly involved with each other’s children AND pets. I believe that we must respect our pets, and not let them get out of control. Neutering and spaying is very important, if one is not breeding them. Not everyone is a breeder. It breaks my heart to see people get a pet and they breed and sit with unwanted pets, this is where abuse begins. This is my opinion and experience on owing pets. Kind regards Dianne * Aug 2018

Hi I'm Bev, I've lived in East London all of my life and my late husband and I relocated to a small holding when my youngest of then 4 children was only 15 months. We had all the normal farm animals as well as dogs & cats. I'm extremely fond of animals and hate when I see abused animals, they don't deserve it and their owners don't deserve them. I had to rehouse my cat and African Grey when I was forced to retire, I miss these two " children " of mine tremendously and visit Yoyo ( my cat) who now lives with my friend, every other week. I would consider it a privilege to be a mom in your absence to your " children "and it would also bring me a lot of joy to be close to your fur babies while you're away. I would treat them as my own and care for them lovingly until your return.
